Service Description
GrowPixel is a free, fan-made web utility that converts pixel sprites into color-coded block placement maps for personal, non-commercial use. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. By accessing or using GrowPixel, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GrowPixel only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; you will not use automated scripts or bots to scrape, generate fake traffic, or otherwise abuse the site; and you will not use GrowPixel in connection with any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Original GrowPixel Content
The conversion algorithm, the color-to-block mapping logic, the site design, the written guides, the database structure, and all original text published on GrowPixel are owned by the operator of GrowPixel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use these original components for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Republication, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.
Third-Party Materials and Trademarks
Growtopia, Ubisoft, and all related names, characters, sprite assets, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. GrowPixel is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment, the Growtopia development team, or any official Growtopia property. References to Growtopia items and the use of publicly available sprite previews are for identification and reference purposes only and do not imply any official relationship.
Copyright Notices and Takedown
GrowPixel respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe content on GrowPixel infringes your rights, please send a written notice to jajakgong@gmail.com including: (1) identification of the work, (2) the specific URL where the content appears, (3) your contact information, and (4) a brief statement of the basis for your request. GrowPixel will review good-faith notices promptly and may remove or restrict access to the identified content while the matter is reviewed.
No Warranty
GrowPixel is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of GrowPixel disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. No advice or information obtained through GrowPixel creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of GrowPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of GrowPixel after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to GrowPixel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Republic of Korea, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
